Don Anthony Realty Reviews – Buyer Agent Selling One of our Homes For Sale in Charlotte
Even though we charge very little for our services, one of the reasons why we provide a Full Service MLS Listing, (meaning we do everything necessary to sell a home, including expert contract negotiation and support throughout the process) is that we know it is important for a smooth transaction to have an agent on each side of the transaction representing each party’s best interest, yet cooperating to make sure everything goes well.
I have a sale completing on Tuesday, and the Buyer’s agent and I have been corresponding to ensure everything is ready for the closing date, just completing the last details. Below was her final email to me today, showing how she and I worked well together for our clients…
