Here’s a testimonial from one of our clients who hired us to sell a home in Fort Mill, SC which is right outside of Charlotte NC. She wanted to save money and sell with an agent that charged a low commission. She chose us to sell a home for her instead of trying to sell for sale by owner. I can’t even being to tell you how pleased I have been and I am with my experience with Don Anthony’s Team. I have sold many homes in the past , always paying 6% commission.

When I got wind of Don Anthony, I called to inquire on the services they provide. After talking with him, I asked for someone to meet me at my house. The very next night an Agent from his firm came to my house and patiently explained the services they offered.

I signed up and couldn’t wait to get my sign in my yard. The next day I had a for sale sign in my yard and a lockbox and pictures were on the MLS site.

Within nine short days I had two offers and 11 showings.

Sold for full asking price, less the refrigerator.

I was beyond thrilled!!

We just wanted to let you know about the experience we had with Don Anthony Realty. Due to job relocations, we have bought and sold many homes in the last 20 years. Our experience with Don Anthony was superior to many of our past experiences with "full service" realtors! Since we have primarily worked with relocation companies in the past, we were a bit apprehensive about trying something like this. We certainly had no reason for concern! From day one, everything was organized and presented in such a way that it was easy to understand. Once we had a contract on our home (it only took 8 days by the way!), they walked us through step by step with constant communication and an abundance of patience with our many questions! We can’t recommend Don Anthony highly enough!
