We just want to reiterate how WONDERFUL your staff has been through our whole selling process. Our buyers were not the easiest people to work with and your staff was ALWAYS on top of everything and had such a high sense of urgency to keep things moving along. No Offers in 4 Years – Then They List with Don Anthony Realty and Sell A Home in Charlotte NC Region!

After 4 years of being on the market, lowering the price year after year trying to sell a home in Charlotte NC region (Statesville, NC which is north of Charlotte, NC), they still hadn’t received an offer. They then switched to sell a home with Don Anthony Realty and they got their home sold! Because of our superior advertising and low commission, they had buyers coming to look at their home and the low commission gave them the flexibility to accept an offer that a buyer was willing to pay. Here’s a quick comment from a client who chose to sell a home in Fuquay Varina NC with us rather than trying to sell a home by owner as a “For Sale By Owner”. Given that we are a Discount Realtor and sell a home with a flat fee mls listing, we are saving them a lot of money with a low commission real estate agent and still giving them great service.
