Here’s an email we received today from a client… I removed his last name. I liked his comment at the end…
“Thanks for your help, we have had more showings since you have taken over our account than we had the other agents all together.”

We are continuing to make small upgrades to the interior of the house. We are re-flooring the upstairs bathroom this week. Please make sure that the real estate agents know that There is a bonus room above the garage that is partially wired that could be finished out as an additional bedroom/study/play room.
