Here’s a review from some of our clients in Lake Wylie, SC. They hired us to sell their home, and though their buyers had some financial issues causing some cancelled closings, they did get their home sold! Here’s their review….

We are so happy it finally sold! We went through a lot of rough patches this past 9 months with Buyer being denied loan 2 days before closing & another cancelled closing with the new Buyer because their Lender wouldn’t approve the Appraisal they required a new Appraisal be completed. We thank God they finally approved the Buyer’s loan so we could finally close yesterday! THANKS to your Company for hanging in there with us! We have definitely recommended Don Anthony to others because you really do look out in the Sellers behalf when it comes to bottom line dollars..THANKS!!
