Here’s another discount realtor review of Don Anthony Realty from one of our clients who hired us to sell a home in Indian Land SC which is right outside of Charlotte NC…

We just wanted to let you know about the experience we had with Don Anthony Realty. Due to job relocations, we have bought and sold many homes in the last 20 years. Our experience with Don Anthony was superior to many of our past experiences with "full service" realtors! Since we have primarily worked with relocation companies in the past, we were a bit apprehensive about trying something like this. We certainly had no reason for concern! From day one, everything was organized and presented in such a way that it was easy to understand. Once we had a contract on our home (it only took 8 days by the way!), they walked us through step by step with constant communication and an abundance of patience with our many questions! We can’t recommend Don Anthony highly enough!

After 4 years of being on the market, lowering the price year after year trying to sell a home in Charlotte NC region (Statesville, NC which is north of Charlotte, NC), they still hadn’t received an offer. They then switched to sell a home with Don Anthony Realty and they got their home sold! Because of our superior advertising and low commission, they had buyers coming to look at their home and the low commission gave them the flexibility to accept an offer that a buyer was willing to pay. Given that we are a Discount Realtor and sell a home with a flat fee mls listing, we are saving them a lot of money with a low commission real estate agent and still giving them great service.
