Clients often hire us to sell a home and also to buy a home since it’s works out well to coordinate everything. Here’s a review from a client who recently used us to sell a home in Clover SC with our low commission, flat fee mls listing program. We also helped her buy a home in the area…..
"I bought and sold a house through Don Anthony Realty. 6 yrs ago my husband and I had used him when we sold our home at the time. Because of losing my husband this past July, I needed to downsize and went with Don Anthony. He had expanded his business from the last time we had went with him. He helped me to buy a home and to sell my home. The Realtor Kathi who was my buyer Realtor was wonderful. She did what a realtor is suppose to do. Look for the right house for her client. She worked hard. She was sharp as a whip and we got through it. Then I had a couple different realtors with Don Anthony Realty on selling my beautiful home. And they both were also great. My house was under contract in less than a week. The percentage they take is a whole lot less than the average realtor. And they do just as good or in some cases a better job." – Lois Todd
