I wanted to let you know what a great experience it was working with Anne as a buyer. Not only is she very familiar with the area but she is so very good at negotiating and has a thorough understanding of the overall process and laws related to real estate. For that I am thankful because I ended up with a home that captured all my "must haves" and even a few "like to haves".
