I know I’ve been feeling this year that the market has been turning around, and now there’s a report that confirms it! Sales have really increased for our clients with homes receiving offers much more often than in the past with some clients even receiving multiple offers. I just had a home over the weekend get a contract after the first showing! This report indicates that the level of inventory for homes for sale in Charlotte NC is down to seven months of inventory which is down from over 16 months of inventory at the worst of the recession! Looks like we’re moving in the right direction!
