According to Builder Magazine, the Raleigh and Cary, NC area ranked as the healthiest of the 100 largest US housing markets. Not far behind was the Durham and Chapel Hill, NC area ranked at number three just behind Austin, TX. This is pretty impressive to have both the #1 and #3 areas in the Triangle, so it bodes well for the remaining 2011 selling season. Though the Triangle has a 10 month supply of homes, making it seem difficult to sell a home in Raleigh or Cary, the outlook is positive.
