The best real estate sales experience yet. All the nay Sayers said full commission agents won’t show your house if its listed with a discount broker. They also said you won’t get any service or communication from a discount broker. How TOTALLY WRONG they were. Don always immediately responded to either our emails or phone calls. Don had great advise during the listing and selling process. I wish I could say that for the full commission agent we had prior to Don. Why pay a full commission agent 3% to list your house when you can get the same service, or in my experience better service for ½%.
