Now that we are days away from closing on our home in Charlotte, I’d like to let you know the agent you assigned to me was AWESOME!!! My husband and I are not new at selling and purchasing home and have had the opportunity to work with several types of agents. Some good and some who need to find another career.  None come close to the professionalism and caliper of  Anne Leighton.

My husband and I are relocating to Charlotte. We were not familiar with Charlotte and needed some familiarity with the different neighborhoods. Other realtors in the area told me to drive around for two days and get familiar with the area and give them a call. A daunting task.  Anne was different. Thank you so much for assisting us in selling our property in Charlotte.  We had friends with properties listed for more than 2 years with little to no market exposure with full service realtors.  I was shocked to find an offer within 2 weeks of listing our property in a down market but the ability to reduce our asking price with the discounted realtor fees made a difference.  I have sold several houses in my life and the service you offered was equal to what I had previously received with a full service broker.
