We just want to reiterate how WONDERFUL your staff has been through our whole selling process. Our buyers were not the easiest people to work with and your staff was ALWAYS on top of everything and had such a high sense of urgency to keep things moving along. As two very busy working professionals this was very much appreciated. We hope we don’t have to sell a house anytime soon but we certainly will use you guys if we do! J Excellent job!

After 4 years of being on the market, lowering the price year after year trying to sell a home in Charlotte NC region (Statesville, NC which is north of Charlotte, NC), they still hadn’t received an offer. They then switched to sell a home with Don Anthony Realty and they got their home sold! Because of our superior advertising and low commission, they had buyers coming to look at their home and the low commission gave them the flexibility to accept an offer that a buyer was willing to pay. Here’s a quick comment from a client who chose to sell a home in Fuquay Varina NC with us rather than trying to sell a home by owner as a “For Sale By Owner”. Given that we are a Discount Realtor and sell a home with a flat fee mls listing, we are saving them a lot of money with a low commission real estate agent and still giving them great service. If you are looking for a Discount Realtor, trying to sell a home by owner in Charlotte NC, thinking of using a Flat Rate or Flat Fee MLS Listing Service, or even if you are just looking to sell your home with a traditional real estate agent but would prefer to pay a low commission…. Look no further! Here’s another satisfied client!…

I did my research before I chose Don Anthony Realty to sell my house. if you are really serious about selling your house, you will choose an agent that has a good record and is as serious as you about selling your house. Don Anthony Realty company did as they advertised. One of their agents came to house, took pictures, explained in detail what their agency could do for us. They got my home listed on MLS right away, along with many other web sites. I had an offer within 3 weeks. Support was great. When I needed an answer to a question, I got that answer the same day or no later than the next day either by email or phone, thanks Andrew for your help.

I did not get what I wanted for the house due to the economy, but I did get what the house appraised for. Saving over $3800 in commissions was great. The market is still a buyer’s market at this time. Over all, I am glad I picked Don Anthony Realty to sell my home. They did a great job.
