"Hi Don,
I wanted to let you know what a great experience it was working with Anne as a buyer. Not only is she very familiar with the area but she is so very good at negotiating and has a thorough understanding of the overall process and laws related to real estate. Being relatively new to the area (NC) I leaned on her knowledge and felt confident in doing so.
I also want to mention that Anne has a very pleasing personality and is a pleasure to work with from that perspective as well. She always responded to any email, text or phone call promptly and also called to check in as needed. One thing that I think I like the most, and probably needed the most, was her ability to "reel me in". When we first started the process we discussed my must haves, nice to haves as well as the "do not wants". It is easy to get excited (or overwhelmed) when looking at houses and as I am sure you know, it can be an emotional experience (not to mention emotionally draining). Anne was great at reminding me of what I did and did not want on a few occasions when I seemed to have forgotten or ignored them while getting caught up in house hunting. For that I am thankful because I ended up with a home that captured all my "must haves" and even a few "like to haves".
I would highly recommend Anne to others (and I have) and I wanted to let you know what a great agent she is.

This seller hired us to sell a home in Charlotte NC in the Ballantyne area. He used our discount realtor program that uses a low flat fee mls listing with a very low real estate commission. It’s a great alternative to 6% commission agents. No need to sell fsbo (for sale by owner) when you can use our low cost real estate brokerage.
