Just sent a “Thank You” note to a former client for referring someone to our firm who has a home for sale and thought I’d share his response…

(last names omitted for privacy)

No problem, everytime I hear someone is selling their house I recommend your business. Thanks for having a business worth referring!

Kerry,

I just wanted to send a quick note to say “Thank You!”  You recently referred Cindy G to our office, and she has just become a new client.  I really, really appreciate this, as this is exactly how our business continues to grow while other firms are closing or consolidating.  It’s clients like you who allow us to continue to offer the services our clients need to sell their home at a very affordable cost.

Thanks so much!

We sold MORE homes last year than 99.5% of the agents in the Charlotte Region!

The question isn’t “How does Don Anthony Realty charge so little?”
The question is “Why does everyone else charge so much?”

Now more than ever RESULTS MATTER!

Get Great Exposure and Support from a Realtor^® without paying a Realtor^® Price!

Save THOUSANDS while getting your home SOLD!  Unmatched advertising and service includes…Full Service MLS Listing, Realtor.com “Showcase” listing with up to 25 photos on the #1 buyer-searched website, a “Featured” listing on Zillow.com (the #2 buyer-searched website), FSBO websites (including a 20-photo “Featured Listing” on HomesByOwner.com – a $200 value!), advertising on major search engines and other popular websites, blogs and social networking sites like Facebook, 24-hr toll-free audio tour, your own “your address” website, professional appointment service, automatic feedback from showings, expert contract negotiation, the potential to save the buyer’s agent commission, and more!

Here is a quick comment I received from another agent last night.  Some people wonder what other agents think of us since we charge so little, so I thought I’d share this comment.  We work well with any agent out there, as we know it is a benefit to our clients to make sure that they have professional representation throughout the process.  Not only do we work well for our clients, but we also are as helpful as possible to other agents so that those agents are enthusiastic about placing offers on our clients’ homes.
