I’ve always felt that a percentage based fee for selling a home was ridiculous and way too expensive. Your combination of a flat fee and a very reasonable percentage works perfect for my business flipping homes. I have been very pleased with the support I’ve received from everyone there. Especially during the contract negotiation process. I have used full fee realtors in the past who turned out to have terrible negotiation skills and it cost me time and A LOT of money. Using Don Anthony for my last 2 sales has saved me over $18,000 compared to using a realtor charging 6%. That’s awesome, and I do not feel like I have compromised on service. In fact, I think because Don Anthony does so many transactions their service is better than most.
