“We listed with him, at a really good price. He had a really low rate at just the sales stage. My daughter and her husband are home inspectors and they knew about Don Anthony. I didn’t know about him myself. We were selling a house in North Carolina, and they recommended them as someone who is very active and successful. So, I signed up and the rate was very low for the seller’s side, so I said okay, let’s try it. Well, they had the house listed and shown within a day or two. They showed the house about four or five times. It sold within about a week or two. I was so excited I couldn’t believe it. They were very professional. It was a very good experience. We were just overwhelmed. I had a couple of houses for sale because I had remarried. We had a couple of houses we were trying to unload things. This is such a relief. They did a wonderful job, very professional, and upfront.
They actively promoted the house. We had several houses because my wife had passed away and my [current wife’s] husband had passed away. We ended up with several houses that we had rented [out]. We were trying to sell [these] houses, and Don Anthony’s crew went on the offensive. They had people calling in and everything. I don’t know what they did, but they really had out-shown everybody else we had representing us in the other houses we were selling.”
