Here’s another one of many positive Don Anthony Realty reviews, this time from a seller who hired us to sell a home in Clover SC (which is west/southwest of Charlotte NC)…

After going with a flat-fee MLS listing, I got very little hits and showings. Houses in my neighborhood were selling left and right, but mine just stood there. Some agents called, but never scheduled showings. After I relisted my house with Don Anthony, the amount of interest in our house grew quickly. We started to get an average of 4 showings a week. After less than a month of being on the market, our house sold for only $500 less than our asking price! Our only regret is that we didn’t list with Don right after the new year. Communication was good and quick, and everything was explained to us clearly. Yes, the home sale process can be nerve-wrecking and delays are a norm, but Don’s team addressed our concerns, and got the job done. Saving us over 2K was very welcome. There were no surprises with any extra or excess fees or commissions. Don Anthony is a solid agent that can be trusted to do what he promised.
