After going with a flat-fee MLS listing, I got very little hits and showings. Houses in my neighborhood were selling left and right, but mine just stood there. After less than a month of being on the market, our house sold for only $500 less than our asking price! Our only regret is that we didn’t list with Don right after the new year. Yes, the home sale process can be nerve-wrecking and delays are a norm, but Don’s team addressed our concerns, and got the job done. Saving us over 2K was very welcome.
