We are so happy it finally sold! We went through a lot of rough patches this past 9 months with Buyer being denied loan 2 days before closing & another cancelled closing with the new Buyer because their Lender wouldn’t approve the Appraisal they required a new Appraisal be completed. We thank God they finally approved the Buyer’s loan so we could finally close yesterday! THANKS to your Company for hanging in there with us!
