Triangle Home Sales Jump 10% in November!
Good news for people wanting to sell a home in Raleigh NC or the surrounding region, as home sales in the Triangle Region increased 10% compared with November 2010. 1,425 homes were sold in November 2011 compared with only 1,295 homes sold in November of 2010 according to data from the Triangle Multiple Listing Service. Buyers now have fewer homes to choose from as inventory is down considerably with only 14,291 homes for sale in November 2011 compared with 17,116 homes for sale in November 2010.
