In the residential real estate business, it’s important that real estate agents work well with their colleagues. It’s a unique business as, though we are all competing for business and are on opposite sides of the table when representing our clients, we also must work well together to get the transaction from an offer all the way to closing. Successful agents are able to represent their clients well while still cooperating with other agents to get the home sold.
