I wish there was a Realtor like you up here. FYI–I, with a partner, did end up purchasing a townhouse in NJ on a short sale. What a trying thing that was! Anyhow, we need to sell this place up here but the Realtor fees would make us lose money. It seems like our only option is to rent the unit out. Can you find us someone like you here in Mt Arlington, NJ? |
