It’s been a month since we have moved into our new home and it is perfect for us!

I wanted to thank you and Tracie again for your patience and professionalism. It has been over two years since we first started our attempt to move the Charlotte area. You helped us with our search until we had a change of plans and had to give up on Charlotte.

Tracie was friendly and understanding. You were extremely professional in handling a “lost” sale. You wished us well and kept in touch with us over the two years.

Two years later, I picked up the phone and called you again. It was as if we had never lost touch and we started in earnest over the phone and internet.

Tracie was wonderful in helping us narrow down our search area and the type of home we needed. We came into town on a Friday and bought our home on Saturday. Tracie helped us all the way through the process since we had to close the sale while we were out of town.
