Our team here at Don Anthony Realty loves to get great reviews, but it’s not often that one of our clients who used our low commission real estate services to sell a home in Charlotte NC takes the time to write a handwritten letter. When I first heard and read of your services, it almost was too good to be true, then I watched each video, read everything and found them believable. The high BBB rating was the clincher; I took the plunge. From the initial contact through the closing statement delivery, Don Anthony Realty’s agents are professional, helpful, and not pushy. I kept waiting for "the other shoe to drop," but DAR delivers on its promises.
The marketing obviously works: after 2 days on the market, I had 2 offers. My house closed in weeks. I could tell the buyer was jealous of the fees and agent a bit stunned!
